It is commonly seen in head and neck region. We present a case of 49-year-old female presenting with a swelling in the preauricular region. She was referred for Fine Needle Aspiration Cytology (FNAC). On aspiration, smears showed picture of benign salivary gland neoplasm. However, histopathological diagnosis was pilomatrixoma.
