    Cervical cancer is a prevalent condition affecting women in India, yet only a mere 3% undergo regular screenings. Late-stage diagnoses often result in unfavorable outcomes, underscoring the importance of early detection through screening. Women's inclination to seek cervical cancer screening is influenced by their awareness and attitudes towards the disease. Community health workers play a vital role in motivating women to partake in screening, as outlined in India's cancer screening implementation strategy. This study sought to evaluate women's knowledge and attitudes towards cervical cancer and screening in Eastern Uttar Pradesh.
