  This study aimed at comparing the pre and post effect of eye exercises along with neck setting exercises (experimental group) and neck setting exercises alone (control group) on neck pain and quality of life in middle-aged computer users with bifocal lens. Furthermore, a comparison between these groups was done. A population of 70 was evaluated in first and fourth week using Visual Analogue Scale and Copenhagen Scale.
