    Need Assessment of the Patients and Caregivers Living with Atopic Dermatitis in India-A Qualitative Research Study

    Background: Atopic Dermatitis (AD) is one of the most common types of eczema. In India, there is a scarcity of literature on the disease burden and challenges associated with the diagnosis and treatment of AD of patients and caregivers. Dakshama health (Dakshayani and Amaravati health and education) conducted a qualitative research study of patients suffering from AD to understand the unmet needs and challenges in India. Methodology: A qualitative study was conducted on 24 AD patients. A structured questionnaire was used to collect the patients perspectives.
